  • What is Airtime Load service ?

    Airtime Load is a service to recharge airtime account of overseas prepaid mobile phone (SIM card) by way of web online purchasing, and it is processed close to real time basis.
    Obviously it enables roaming prepaid mobile phones brought from overseas to recharge its amount of airtime balance. After recharge is done, with the roaming prepaid phone, you can enjoy the local services like voice call and SMS etc.
  • Which countries and carriers are available for Airtime Load ?

    Enter a mobile phone number which you wish to recharge at top page and check it.
  • How to pay ?

    Settlement by credit card is available only from VISA, MasterCard and JCB.
  • What is 3-D Secure ?

    3-D Secure is a personal authentication system for credit card use. When you make settlement by credit card for an online shopping, credit card issuer authenticates credit card holder and makes settlements by credit card more secure. You enter 3-D Secure password which is registered in advance as well as entering your credit card information.
    The service name may vary according to companies but in general it is called as "3-D Secure".

    It brings following advantages to you.
    1. It prevents from spoofing by others that credit card Issuer authenticates a card holder directly.
    2. Password entry is processed through credit card issuer's server facilities and makes shop site unable to obtain 3-D secure password. Therefore it prevents from fraud use with your credit card.
    Notice) : 3D secure requires you to register its password at your credit card Issuer's web site before use. Registration is free. Those who have not registered 3D secure service yet are kindly requested to apply for it at your credit card issuer's web site.

    • JCB; "J/Secure"
      Select the country from "Select Country/Region" at left lower of this page and see the contents on "J/Secure".
  • The carrier I entered is not available for Airtime Load. Please make it available.

    In case the mobile phone number you wish to recharge has a new mobile number range (i.e., newly issued mobile prefix code to identify carriers) , new mobile number range (prefix code) may not be accommodated yet in the Airtime Load system.
    Please contact Airtime Load support and inform of the country and the mobile number (first 10 digit after country code).

  • Once recharge process is completed, any notice is sent to Airtime Load recipient's mobile phone ?

    Yes. Our system automatically sends a notice by E-mail to your E-mail address in about 5 minutes, telling if "Recharge process gets completed" or "Recharge process gets failed".
    Recipient of Airtime Load also automatically receives a SMS notice from his/her carrier in overseas telling that "Recharge process gets completed".
    The details of SMS notice sent by overseas carriers may differ from. There may be cases that recipient may not receive a SMS of "Load Completion Notice" due to the carrier's service policy.
    In this case, you are kindly requested to ask your recipient of Airtime Load to check the balance if it is increased with the amount you recharged.
  • E-mail Notice of "Recharge completion" has not been received yet. Why ?

    Our system usually asks overseas carrier to recharge airtime amount close to real time basis, and automatically sends a notice by E-mail to your E-mail address in about 5 minutes.
    There may happen that it will take time longer to complete to proceed Airtime Load depends on oversea carrier's communication network congestion and /or its network maintenance.
    And our system also sends an E-mail alert of "Load Failure Notice" and it automatically cancels the credit card settlement process in case the system found Airtime Load failure to recharge.
  • Can recipient of Airtime Load understand who recharges his/her prepaid mobile phone from Japan ?

    No. Your mobile number information is unable to be sent to recipient in overseas. When you like to inform that you purchase Airtime Load and recharge it, you need to inform by yourself of this recharge transaction by way of sending international SMS or international calling etc.
  • Even though I receive an E-mail of "Load Completion Notice", my recipient does not receive a SMS of "Load Completion Notice" yet. Why ?

    In spite that the said Load process is completed and the balance of recipient's account is increased apparently, there may be cases that recipient does not receive a SMS of "Load completion Notice".
    In this case you are kindly requested to ask your recipient to check if the airtime balance is increased.
  • I entered a wrong mobile phone number and asked to proceed it by mistake. Can I cancel this recharge transaction ?

    We are sorry but we cannot stop it.
    We shall not be responsible for cancellations and refunds arising from improper operation, entering wrong mobile phone number by the user and recharge transaction completed.
    Please purchase Airtime Load with careful confirmation of the mobile phone number you are to recharge.
