How to use- Buying Airtime Load procedure

  • Enter a mobile phone number of which you will recharge the account.

    Enter Country code + recipient's mobile number (omit the first '0') in the entry field of "Mobile phone number to recharge " at the top page of this site,

  • Select the amount to recharge out of the load amount table.

  • Proceed to "Buying procedure" and enter your credit card information to pay （VISA/MasterCard/JCB).

  • Go to your credit company's site and enter your 3D secure password you registered.

    Go to your credit company's site and enter your 3D secure password you registered. Go to relevant credit card issur's site. Then enter your 3-D secure password accordingly.
    You need to register your 3D secure password at your credit card company. *1
    *1: 3-D Secure is necessary due to personal authentication for purchasing Airtime Load with credit card.
    Notice: 3D secure service requires you to register it at your credit card company's web site before use.
    Registration is free.
    Those who have not registered 3D secure service yet, are kindly requested to apply for it at your credit card company's web site.
    • Master; "MasterCard SecureCode"
      Select the country from "-Select Country/Region-" at upper right of page and see the contents on "MasterCard SecureCode".
    • JCB; "J/Secure"
      Select the country from "Select Country/Region" at left lower of page and see the contents on "J/Secure".

  • Receive an E-mail from Airtime Load service, saying " Load Completion Notice" or " Load Failure Notice".

    Once you receive an E-mail of "Load Completion Notice", the transaction becomes completed. The recipient of Airtime Load will also receive "Load Completion Notice" by SMS from recipient's mobile carrier.
    In case you receive "Load Failure Notice", the Airtime Load was unsuccessful due to error. Please try again.
